Hulu’s Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee Movie Exposes Something New

Anyone who was around in the ’90s remembers Pamela Anderson and Tommy Lee’s shocking sex tape that was stolen from their house and put on display for the world to see.

Courtney Love, a longtime friend of Pamela, is one of those people, and she is not happy with Hulu’s 8 part miniseries “Pam and Tommy,” which depicts the scandalous events that unfolded when the blonde bombshell and Motley Crue drummer’s explicit sex tape took them from fame to infamy.

"I find this so f--king outrageous," said Courtney. “When Pam / tommy sex tape was out / myself @pattyschemel @xmadmx were making a record. And the lone women in many recording studios in la . Where all / ALL! The staff engineers / producers / owners / were watching the sex tape with huge schadenfraude . . Guffaws , It was disgusting . I banned anyone discussing it. . It destroyed my friend Pamelas life . Utterly."

Courtney raises a great point. How can liberal Hollywood play the #metoo and equity cards when it is more than happy to make a movie that exposes a gross violation of Pamela’s privacy? How can they say they want to strengthen women in cinema when they have no problem exposing a painful time in Pamela’s life, that was a form of sexual violation? When it comes to hypocritical Hollywood nothing really changes.... it’s just the Same Ol’ Situation! #truthbomber
